Independence Day BBQ 2014

JGF hosted our 9th Annual – Independence Day BBQ – on Thursday July 3rd. This year over 500 attendees enjoyed hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, potato salad, and dessert while celebrating not only America’s independence but their own. In the evening 100 seniors boarded 2 charter buses headed to the Concert for Heroes at Riverside National Cemetery (performed by Riverside County Philharmonic). The entire event and concert transportation was provided FREE of charge thanks to our amazing sponsors and dozens of volunteers.

Over the years this has become one of our most popular special events! The celebration was fun for all ages with attendees ranging in age from 4 months to 102 years old.
