This comprehensive health and wellness program combines our existing “Great Starts at Goeske” educational nutrition program with weekly exercise classes and our annual Fifty & Better Health Fair, in an effort to provide seniors with all the resources and tools necessary to make lasting lifestyle changes so they can remain Fit Fresh & Fun as long as possible.
