Senior Conference 2015

The Janet Goeske Foundation, in collaboration with the Riverside Police Department and the Mayor’s Commission on Aging, will host our 12th Annual Senior Conference on Thursday, May 14th from 8:00am – 12:30pm at the Janet Goeske Senior Center (5257 Sierra St. Riverside, CA 92504).

The 2015 Senior Conference will feature presentations on: Mail Theft, Fraud, and Elder Abuse Fraud Prosecution. Participating vendors include United States Postal Service, Riverside Police Department, Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), Riverside County Office on Aging, Riverside Transit Agency (RTA), Mobile Fresh Bus and many more! Document Security Solutions will also be on-site to provide FREE document shredding services from 8:00am – 12:00pm.

The Senior Conference is a “one stop information shop” for seniors and their families/caregivers. The annual event serves as a connection between attendees and invaluable resources that protect and improve quality of life. The goal is to help participants find the tools needed to keep seniors in their lives safe and independent for as long as possible.
